The Class experience begins with an Orientation followed by a 2 day retreat. Leaders will meet one day per month September - May with graduation in June.
The first 5 sessions address issues affecting Leadership, Education, Law and Justice, Healthcare, and Government in McHenry County.
The next sessions challenge participants to work collaboratively in teams to explore and present issues that peak their interest. These “Challenge Days” also serve to provide a call to action for participants to positively impact the county.
